About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead international B2B sales, primarily focusing on the USA and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of hardcore sales experience, preferably from EdTech, Tech Sales, Fintech, or fast-scaling startups, with a proven record of closing high-value deals with C-level executives.
This role is designed for professionals who thrive in performance-driven, fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving business expansion globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end international B2B sales process with a focus on USA / Canada markets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
- Understand client pain points and propose customized solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Meet and exceed high-volume sales targets in a startup-like, growth-driven environment.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and senior decision-makers to close strategic deals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Delivery) for seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to support business growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs via CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot).
Candidate Requirements
Experience : 8–10 years of hardcore sales / collections experience with at least 4 years in direct B2B international sales (mandatory).Market Expertise : Proven track record in USA / Canada B2B sales (mandatory).Industry Background : Must come from one or more of the following :EdTechTech SalesFintech SalesHigh-growth, sales-driven startupsAge Group : 30–40 years (Male candidates only).Skills & Competencies :Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to close high-value deals with senior stakeholders.Expertise in market research and competitor mapping.Comfortable working in late-hour schedules.Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
