We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Lead Generation
  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, social media, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify target industries, potential clients, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Provide customized solutions that address client requirements and deliver value.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
  • Sales Process & Conversion
  • Present company services and solutions through engaging sales presentations, pitches, and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and secure long-term business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, campaigns, and business plans.
  • Provide insights and feedback from clients to help refine offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Track progress against sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding goals.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or client servicing.
  • Core Skills :
  • Strong sales acumen with proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools, LinkedIn outreach, and lead management platforms is a plus.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
