We're looking for a results-driven B2B Email Marketing Specialist to join us full-time. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building and executing performance-oriented email marketing campaigns in a B2B environment. You should be data-savvy, organized, and proactive
with an ownership mindset.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling email journeys that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. If you enjoy working in a high-growth, dynamic setup and thrive on taking full ownership of your initiatives this role is for you
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution for B2B campaigns
- Build segmented and personalized campaigns to nurture leads across different stages of the funnel
- Leverage data to continuously optimize email performance open rates, CTRs,
- conversions
- Conduct A / B tests and analyze campaign performance to drive actionable insights
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Ensure database hygiene, compliance, and deliverability best practices
- Report on key metrics with clear, data-backed insights and recommendations
