Role : Transition Solution Architect

Exp : 8 - 12 yr

Location : PAN India

Responsibilities :

❖ Manage submission delivery expectations and timely response in all engagements

❖ Manage and contribute to the delivery of small to large bids independently with new ideas on the table to improve transition offerings

❖ Understand the presales work culture and experience in managing transition solutions for various bids across geographies

❖ Collaborate with stakeholders in the bid, understand the requirements and solution of each service tower and progress towards Transition Plan, addressing any issues in a timely manner

❖ Recognizing and resolving customer pain areas in any past transitions / delivery– implement them in your solutions where necessary

❖ Build and develop the transition methodology and toolkit, based on TCS methods

❖ Actively participate in the bids as a transition specialist, highlight any project risks and issues and recommend solutions to effectively overcome these

❖ Promote skills and knowledge share, investing new ideas and skills into the core technology team Qualification / Essentials and desirables :

❖ Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences

❖ Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly

❖ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

❖ Good presentation skills

❖ Good understanding of infrastructure services

❖ Ability to travel as needed
