We are looking for a bright and passionate Solution Architect with the skills below

Roles & Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Design

Lead the design and development of scalable, flexible, and secure architecture for a Manufacturing Execution Platform.
Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural principles for the platform.
Develop and document high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and technical documentation.

Requirements Analysis

Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business processes, operational needs, and manufacturing workflows.

Translate functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements into technical specifications.

Technology Evaluation & Selection

Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, cloud providers, and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premises).

Assess buy vs. build options and conduct feasibility studies.

Integration & Interoperability

Design integration strategies for connecting the MEP with ERP, MES, PLM, SCADA, IoT devices, and other manufacturing systems.

Ensure interoperability and data consistency across heterogeneous systems.

Solution Delivery & Quality Assurance

Guide development teams through implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural vision and standards.

Oversee code reviews, solution validation, and technical testing.

Define and monitor KPIs for system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Security & Compliance

Define security architectures to protect sensitive manufacturing data.

Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, NIST, GDPR) and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Management

Communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.

Lead technical workshops, presentations, and training sessions.

Continuous Improvement

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in manufacturing software and apply them to improve the MEP.

Propose enhancements and optimizations for the platform.

Required Skills

Experience in solution / software architecture, with significant exposure to manufacturing or industrial domains.

Proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade platforms (preferably MES / MEP / SCADA / ERP).

Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and industrial automation.

Strong experience in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.

Proficiency in integration patterns (API, REST, SOAP, OPC-UA, MQTT, etc.).

Hands-on experience with IoT, edge computing, and real-time data processing.

Strong command of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Node.js.

Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, time-series DBs).

Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance requirements in manufacturing.

Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI / CD, and modern SDLC practices.

Certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP or relevant architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

Experience with digital twin technologies and predictive analytics.

Exposure to machine learning or AI applications in manufacturing.

Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and standards.
