Early Years Manager of Relations and Learning - Village Yard

The Village Yard Early Learning Centre based in Mudgeeraba is seeking a passionate and visionary Manager of Relations and Learning to lead our vibrant Early Learning Community. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide both practical and inspirational leadership, overseeing day-to-day operations while working collaboratively with the Leadership Team and dedicated staff.

The suitable candidate will ideally hold a Bachelor of Education or a minimum of a diploma qualification, with a minimum of three years’ management experience in an early childhood setting. Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor will also be highly regarded. We are looking for someone who brings professional expertise, a heart committed to nurturing a high-quality, faith-centered learning environment and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

This is a full time contract position working Monday to Friday, commencing January 2026 or earlier by negotiation.
