This is a full-time, flexible opportunity and can be based in any of our Deaf Connect offices, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, or Perth. Our hybrid model supports balance, with core in-office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
About the role :
As the Manager – Beginner Courses, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, non-accredited Auslan and Deaf Awareness programs. Your leadership will directly impact thousands of people—from Deaf and hard of hearing community members and their families, to schools, workplaces, and the wider community learning to communicate inclusively.
This role is hands-on and future-focused : you’ll grow programs, identify new opportunities, and ensure the continued excellence of services that make a real difference. With responsibility for team leadership, course delivery, and service expansion, you’ll help shape the future of Auslan education in Australia.
