Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller – Sales to join our real estate sales team. The role requires effective communication, lead generation, client relationship management, and driving sales conversions through telephonic interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete project details to prospects.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure engagement and timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales updates in CRM / software.
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer requirements, objections, and preferences.
- Assist in closing deals by coordinating between clients and the on-ground sales team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive (real estate experience preferred).Excellent communication and persuasion skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language].Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM / lead management tools.Ability to handle targets, objections, and pressure in a sales environment.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.Qualification
