Role Overview
As a Sales Intern, you will assist in managing luxury sales workflows — from lead qualification to client consultations. This role offers hands-on exposure to premium client handling, proposal coordination, and high-value residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 40–50 leads / month via marketing, referrals, and inbound channels.
Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Maintain structured records across CRM / Sheets.
Schedule 20–30 meetings / month. Host 20 client visits / month.
Assist in consultations, presentations, and relationship-building.
Support proposal preparation and follow-ups.
Demonstrate CleHaus comfort experiences (lighting, air, sound, automation).
Capture feedback and coordinate next steps.
Log all communications and progress updates.
Share weekly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing / Completed degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or similar.
Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
Professional, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Interest in luxury design, interiors, or tech is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
