Associate Vice President For Executive Search

Now, we are strengthening this promise with a dedicated Executive Search practice , and we are looking for a seasoned leader to shape and scale this business vertical.

Like a skilled stockbroker who can forecast tomorrow’s market, the ideal candidate knows which C-Suite leader is preparing for the next opportunity and how to engage them at exactly the right moment. Success in this role depends on building strong leadership pipelines, managing C-Suite profiles with precision, cultivating trusted executive networks, and ensuring sharp turnaround times (TATs) in closing critical mandates. It also calls for the ability to moderate high-level discussions and engage with confidence in roundtables and boardrooms.

As the AVP – Executive Search, you will establish and scale ANSR’s executive search vertical, focusing on C-Suite and senior leadership hiring . You will work with global enterprises and their GCCs, shaping leadership talent strategies and advising boardrooms with insight, intelligence, and precision. You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a team of search consultants, ensuring best-in-class outcomes. To succeed, you should bring 18+ years of proven experience in executive search , a strong track record in leadership and C-Suite hiring, exposure to global markets (particularly India and the GCC landscape), and the ability to thrive in high-trust advisory roles. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a builder’s mindset —an executive search leader who can create, nurture, and scale a practice with excellence.
