Client Onboarding - Vice President

Job Description

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is a global leader in investment and wealth management, serving institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors worldwide.

As the Vice President in the Client Onboarding team, you will manage production implementations of new and existing businesses for our top clients. Your role involves collaborating with clients, coverage, and product teams to implement large-scale onboarding projects, focusing on integrating clients&apos payments and receivables systems with the bank&aposs processing systems through file-based and API integrations.grations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a small team, including HR, development, work allocation, training, and escalations.
• Serve as the client-facing, single-point-of-contact for end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during product implementations.
• Oversee multi-jurisdiction client onboarding and product & service implementations.
• Collaborate with clients and coverage teams to develop and execute implementation plans using project management principles.
• Ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and domestic regulatory requirements.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues to closure.
• Liaise with local Compliance, Legal, and Product teams as required.
• Lead and coordinate strategic business initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert or Project Manager.
