About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager (Demand Generation Expert) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive qualified leads for our IT Software Services business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and event / webinar management , along with experience nurturing leads through multi-channel engagement strategies.

You will be responsible for owning the marketing funnel end-to-end — from strategy and campaign design to performance measurement and optimization — while leading a dynamic team that collaborates closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on high-quality lead generation and conversion.
• Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), and content marketing.
• Own and deliver on lead generation targets , ensuring steady pipeline growth.
• Drive organic traffic and brand visibility through advanced SEO, content marketing, and backlink strategies.
• Plan, promote, and manage webinars, events, and workshops to engage target audiences and accelerate lead nurturing.
• Build and execute email marketing and automation campaigns for lead nurturing, product launches, and retention.
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor / agency relationships, and continuously identify process improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill a growing marketing team toward performance excellence.
