Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and increase qualified website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and integrate them into website content, meta tags, headers, and other key areas.
- Perform SEO audits to detect technical issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize SEO-friendly content aligned with keyword strategies.
- Manage and execute off-site SEO initiatives, including link-building campaigns and digital partnerships to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in search engine algorithms, best practices, and industry trends to adapt strategies proactively.
- Provide regular SEO performance updates, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to the marketing team and senior leadership.
- Work with developers, designers, and content creators to implement SEO recommendations and technical improvements.
- Align SEO efforts with broader marketing strategies and campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues like crawl errors, duplicate content, and site speed problems.
- Research competitor SEO performance and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Explore and implement emerging SEO trends such as voice search, mobile-first indexing, and core web vitals.
Qualifications and Skills Required :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar SEO-focused role with measurable results.Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google algorithm updates, and industry-leading tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, and SEMrush.Proficiency in keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO techniques.Experience in off-page SEO strategies including link-building and outreach.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management and multitasking abilities.Team-oriented and collaborative with cross-functional communication skills.Self-driven and committed to continuous learning of SEO innovations.Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, SEMrush Academy) are a plusSkills Required
