Responsibilities
- Ensure services are provided, implemented correctly, and billed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Partner cross-functionally during the sales process and own the services portion of deals, including presentations, RFP responses, and proposal / SOW generation.
- Interact with sales reps and leadership during pre-sales and post-sales (delivery) phases.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for client escalations.
- Oversee project financials, focusing on profitability and productivity to ensure long-term client success.
- Work with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to prioritize and allocate staff resources strategically.
- Occasionally provide project management for customer engagements.
- Provide strategic updates on client performance to SailPoint Senior Management and account teams.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction throughout implementations.
- Identify opportunities to expand SailPoint solutions and services footprint.
- Manage the team, including staffing decisions, utilization management, performance reviews, and career development support.
- Coach Engagement Managers and project team members on performance and development.
- Participate in recruiting and employee development activities to maintain a balanced, skilled team.
