Application Expert

Introduction & Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Expert to support the expansion and adoption of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). This mid-level / senior consultant will work cross-functionally with business operations and technical teams to ensure the effectiveness and scalability of CDP implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues swiftly, while maintaining a focus on data-driven marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities :

• Act as first line support for platform issues, resolving incidents affecting data flows and platform behavior.
• Monitor platform performance and usage, identifying inefficiencies for improvement.
• Manage platform configurations, access control, and compliance.
• Collaborate with data teams on integrations and data model updates using tools such as dbt, Terraform, and BigQuery.
• Create documentation and troubleshooting guides for efficient knowledge sharing.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data consistency.
