Position Overview :

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of interior fit-out works at

project sites. The role involves coordinating manpower, ensuring material availability, maintaining

quality standards, and monitoring progress as per project timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

 Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per drawings and project schedule.

 Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.

 Check quality of materials and workmanship during installation.

 Verify measurements, quantities, and alignment as per approved drawings.

 Ensure proper material handling, storage, and utilization at the site.

 Maintain daily site reports, including labor deployment, material consumption, and progress

updates.

 Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping norms on-site.

 Support the Project Manager in progress tracking, billing inputs, and site documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile :

 Qualification : Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.

 Experience : 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (corporate / retail / commercial).

 Strong knowledge of interior finishing works (partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, and

HVAC coordination).

 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

 Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

 Should be proactive, organized, and disciplined in site management.
