Position : Site Supervisor – Global Projects
Location : Pune
Industry - Airport- BHS
Experience : 5 – 7 Years
Qualification : B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics
About the Role :
We are looking for a Site Supervisor for global projects. You will lead and support project execution, ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and integration of material handling systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise mechanical, electrical, and control installations; guide and train installation teams.
- Inspect and troubleshoot complex mechanical / electrical systems.
- Interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Navis, and E.Plan drawings.
- Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens), switchgears, drives, RLC circuits, and I / O testing.
- Manage multiple mechanical and electrical subcontractor teams.
- Support commissioning, testing, and integration of systems.
- Conduct quality inspections with focus on electrical installations.
- Ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Report progress to site / project managers and participate in progress meetings.
- Prepare installation reports and conduct toolbox talks.
