Senior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced

• Site Supervisor
• with over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil, finishing, and interior works, along with excellent on-site management and coordination skills.
• Roles & Responsibilities :
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution
• Manage labor, vendors, and subcontractors for timely and quality work
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients for on-site requirements
• Handle material planning, inventory, and site documentation
• Monitor project progress and report daily updates
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and maintain work discipline
• Requirements :
• Minimum 10 years of site supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of civil, finishing, and interior works
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Proven track record of handling residential and commercial site
