Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of existing business processes and technical workflows to construct solutions that minimize, or eliminate manual interactions with the process
• Using structured problem solving to address any inefficiency or friction points within existing operational processes
• Translating technical requirements and any existing process documentation into well-designed automation solutions that have repeatability, consistency and accuracy in mind
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to address automation challenges efficiently and effectively
• Accurately estimate time and resource requirements for solution development, and phase solutions appropriately.
• Establishing monitoring of automation solutions to track the return on investment of each solution
• Crafting clear documentation on how to setup and execute the solutions
• Providing training and continual education on tools and techniques uses within the automation team to colleagues across the business.
