Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to take charge of designing, developing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform. The role demands expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, ITSM processes, and platform governance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in establishing technical standards, guiding platform teams, and aligning implementations with ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Governance & Strategy :
Define and guide the execution of technical governance processes.
ServiceNow Platform Management :
Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
Technical Leadership :
Assess architecture and solution designs for alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
Health & Performance :
Conduct ServiceNow HealthScan to ensure performance, scalability, manageability, and security.
Team Building & Leadership :
Build and mentor a platform team focused on delivering innovation and value.
Technical Skills Required
Mandatory Expertise :
Customer Service Management (CSM) module experience
Preferred Expertise (any one) :
ITOM : CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
Certifications
ITIL Foundation Certification (or willing to obtain before joining)
