Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Support. The role involves identifying and generating high-quality leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and effectively communicating with potential clients. Additionally, the role requires managing the sales pipeline, providing excellent customer support, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet targets.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers in Australia.
Identify customer needs and qualify leads for solar panel installation.
Provide accurate product information and maintain client relationships.
Update CRM with customer details and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Requirements
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory).
Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or international BPO preferred.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Google Sheets, Email communication).
Ability to work from office full-time in Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
