Position Overview :
We are looking for a driven, growth-minded Demand Generation Growth Executive who can own and execute strategies to build qualified leads and generate pipeline worth approx ₹40 lakh for our sales funnel. This is a hands-on role combining outreach, digital marketing, tools usage, and lead qualification. You will be part of a high-performance marketing / growth team, working closely with sales, content, and product to accelerate business growth.
Qualifications :
2–4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, B2B outbound / inbound lead generation.
Strong background in digital marketing (paid ads + email campaigns + outreach).
Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline; experience meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience with tools including Marketo, Sales Navigator, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Meta Ads (or similar).
Excellent communication skills : writing effective emails, LinkedIn messages; persuasive cold calling.
Good data skills : ability to analyze campaign performance, derive insights, optimize outreach.
Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask, manage multiple campaigns & channels simultaneously.
Self-starter; proactive attitude; comfortable working in a fast-paced / iterative environment.
