Role & responsibilities
- Managing the complete Recruitment Life cycle & delivery across domains & Client Management.
- It would be an IC role & responsible for monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Making Cold calls, Mapping & Head-hunting exercise for Niche / CXO level roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Middle senior-level positions across various industries.
- Conduct headhunting exercises to identify top talent through mapping and networking.
- Lead executive searches, leadership hiring, permanent staffing, and industry mapping to meet client requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the required standards.

Excellent communication, Stable & experience in recruitment of NONIT Vertical.Skills Required
Headhunting, Client Requirements, Consultant
