Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive in residential leasing, located in Panvel. The Executive will be responsible for activities related to residential leasing, including lease negotiations, lease administration, and commercial leasing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing lease agreements, and interfacing with potential tenants to ensure a seamless leasing process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations
• Experience in Lease Administration and Lease Management
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• preferabley staying in navimumbai and have own vehicle.
