Job Title : Sales Executive – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities :
- Work on qualified leads provided by the company.
- Connect with potential customers over calls and explain project details.
- Schedule and conduct site visits (SVs) with clients.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with prospects for closures and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and share regular reports with management.
Requirements :
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Comfortable with fieldwork and handling client meetings.Experience in handling projects by Kalpataru, Rustomjee, or Lodha will be considered an added advantage.Immediate joiners preferred.Work Schedule :
6 days working (Week off : Monday ).What We Offer :
