Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Jaipur for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to increase branch performance. Key tasks include handling financial transactions, managing loan and credit services, and driving sales targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for compliance with banking regulations and ensuring efficient branch operations.

• Proficiency in team management, leadership, and staff development
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
