Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective team handling.
- Oversee BSM (Banking Services Manager) activities, including CASA (Current Account Savings Account) management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of retail liabilities management.
