Job descriptionMasterbatch is mandatory Identify & establish dealer network in North India resulting in deeper market penetration to achieve profitability Develop new applications in automotive, E & E , Toys & Industrial application Develop short-term & long-term plans in coordination with stakeholders to expand business The ideal candidate for the position must be hands-on and must have a strong technical base in Thermoplastic Injection Molding process as well as a good understanding of process controls and technical tools used to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. The individual must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and contribute to work in a safe and respectful environment. Responsible for co-ordinating new application development : Collect all necessary technical requirement of new applications, discuss with R & D for developing new grades, assist R & D team in evaluating and testing newly developed material as per application requirement, try out newly developed grade at customer place, give trial feedback to R & D & if required suggest necessary modification in grade, retry at customer place and finally on approval formalize the grade in system
