Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Lead with a strong focus on content creation and design. This role requires a versatile individual who can develop and execute marketing strategies while also possessing the hands-on skills to create compelling presentations, flyers, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of success in B2B / B2C marketing, depending on the company's focus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify target audiences.
- Define marketing KPIs and track campaign performance.
- Content Creation (Hands-on) :
- Develop and write engaging content for various marketing channels (website, blog, social media, email campaigns, brochures, etc.).
- Create compelling presentations for sales pitches, conferences, webinars, and internal communications.
- Write and edit marketing copy that is clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Design & Visuals (Hands-on) :
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, website banners, and email templates.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
- Manage relationships with external designers or printers, as needed.
- Digital Marketing (Support) :
- Support SEO / SEM campaigns, social media marketing, email marketing, and website analytics.
- Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to optimize online campaigns.
- Traditional Marketing (If relevant) :
- Support traditional marketing activities, such as print advertising or event planning.
- Brand Management :
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop and execute brand building initiatives.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure marketing alignment.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.3+ years of experience in marketing, with a demonstrable focus on content creation and design.Proven track record of creating effective marketing materials (portfolio required).Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).Familiarity with marketing principles and best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamSkills Required
