Job Summary :

The client is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Travel and Expense Management Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably with an MBA in BPO / KPO sectors. The role requires working onsite at the client’s office five days a week, with transport facilities provided.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage travel and expense processes including travel bookings, expense approvals, and invoice reconciliation.
• Oversee accounting and bank payment processes related to travel and expenses.
• Act as a client-facing resource, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed expense records and reports.
• Review and analyze expense claims, flagging discrepancies or policy violations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline travel and expense workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely support and resolution for travel and expense-related queries.
• Maintain attention to detail in all transactional processes and financial documentation.
