Senior Specialist - Travel

Job Title : Travel Desk Executive

• Support end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, local transportation, MICE, Visa and itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
• Liaise with travel agencies, vendors, and internal teams to secure the best rates and services.
• Maintain and prepare regular Travel MIS reports for management.
• Resolve travel-related issues, complaints, or emergencies efficiently and professionally.
• Vendor Management.
• Validate and submit the vendor financial statement on timely basis. Will be responsible for doing the GRN, raising the PO.
