Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients , understanding and meeting their travel requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to design bespoke travel packages tailored to client needs.
  • Interact with internal teams to develop and refine marketing materials targeting the HNI market segment.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns promptly.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
  • Drive innovation in sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth in the travel and tourism sector.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel, or a related field.
  • 15–20 years of proven experience in leisure travel sales , with a focus on HNI clients.
  • Strong understanding of luxury travel trends and client preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development and marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track performance.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of international and domestic destinations is a plus.
