Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead Engagement & Client Interaction :
- Engage with new and potential leads to convert them into clients.
- Tailor communications to address client needs and provide relevant information.
- Handle inbound sales calls and chats efficiently.
Pre-Sales Support :
Prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).Assist in follow-up campaigns to generate new prospect leads.Identify and qualify opportunities for new business.Schedule meetings for sales personnel and coordinate communications.CRM & Reporting :
Maintain and update CRM records from a pre-sales perspective.Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to support sales performance.Desired Profile :
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information.Ability to multi-task and represent multiple products and services.Capable of developing marketing messages and presentations.Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented.Skills Required
