Role Overview
We are searching for a strategic and innovative Associate Director Event Management Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact events that align with our organization's mission and objectives. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in event management to create memorable experiences that engage our audiences and foster community connection
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and enhances brand visibility.
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing all aspects of events, including digital and on-ground brand visibility, logistics, vendor management, and audience engagement.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial accountability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to maximize event impact and reach.
- Build and enhance effective SOPs with clear communication on roles, responsibilities, and escalation path. Implement a transparent communication strategy by using multiple channels for updates on event status and encouraging open feedback.
- Oversee post-event evaluations, analyzing attendee feedback and metrics to continuously improve future events.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to innovate and elevate our event offerings.
