We are seeking a Delegate Sales Executive for the Event Services Industry to sell tickets to conferences and events. This is a telesales role that involves selling to high-level executives by engaging with them and making them aware of the benefits of attending a specific event. You will be responsible for researching leads, cold calling, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Lead Generation : Collaborate with the conference production team to understand the event's program. Research potential attendees and generate sales leads.
- Telesales & Client Engagement : Conduct cold calls to a list of prospective event attendees. Engage with clients over the phone to build lasting relationships.
- Sales Conversion : Work with the marketing department to convert inbound sales inquiries into leads.
- Target Achievement : Achieve monthly and overall revenue targets. Make a high number of calls to meet daily KPIs set by management.
- Administrative & Support : Daily management and maintenance of sales records. Support delegates through the registration process.
