Business Development Manager

Job descriptionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Pitch the companys products / services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regularly engage with clients to upsell additional products / services and secure contract renewals. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in closing deals and achieving sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials. Negotiate business contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals. Review and finalize agreements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline status, and business development activities. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and progress against targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities. Use market insights to adapt and refine the business development strategy
