Key responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including senior decision-makers.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and new opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling potential; negotiate and close renewals and contracts.
- Address and resolve client issues swiftly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Track and report on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
