Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager – Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for our CRGO, Copper, Transformer Radiator products . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial or power transformers, with deep insights into market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market share in domestic and international markets.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead product positioning, branding, and pricing strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure market-fit solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, EPCs, and government agencies.
• Drive participation in industry events, exhibitions, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI for continuous improvement.
