Job description
To manage the portfolio of projects customers belonging to his / her group; provide guidance to managers and officers and render administrative support through interactions with internal external partners. To give training to Juniors. Information / Data management.Portfolio Management
1.Ensure that the projects in various buckets are completed on time.
2.Ensure balance of projects in different buckets.
3.Ensure scoring of projects being taken up and ensure prioritisation along with mktg.
4.Ensure balance of work among managers.
5.Define and review the experimental strategy for projects, wherever required.
6.MIS preparation and presentation.
7.In absence of sectional head or group leader, he performs the role of the group leader / sectional head.
8.To attend / solve, problems / issues raised by plants.
Customer Relationship Mgmt
1.Facilitate TS in resolving customer issues.
2.Participate in new product development and approval proactively.
3.Identify VA / VE opp
