About the Role :

As a Manager in Software Engineering, you will lead a team of developers building critical platform capabilities aligned with business strategy. You’ll be responsible for building high-performing software teams, mentoring engineers, ensuring code quality, and delivering world-class software. This role requires strong collaboration across IT, engineering, and cross-functional business domains. You will also play a pivotal part in coaching development best practices, managing team performance, and supporting enterprise platform quality.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and mentor a team of 15+ software developers with focus on performance, growth, and delivery
• Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support career development
• Lead software quality and architecture standards across development teams
• Drive improvements in development practices including tooling, processes, and security
• Ensure timely delivery of development tasks and business capabilities
• Manage external vendor relationships and influence product roadmap requirements
• Support hiring of qualified team members and augment with contract resources as needed
• Foster collaboration with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and platform owners
• Support BI and analytics development aligned with business and architecture goals
• Champion continuous improvement in engineering efficiency and code quality
