Role Summary :

Responsible for end-to-end project management of data engineering initiatives, focusing on projects utilizing Python. Acts as the bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and fostering an efficient, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data engineering projects involving Python and related technologies.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligning with business objectives and client expectations.
• Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical and strategic guidance.
• Oversee the development of ETL / data pipelines, data lakehouse solutions, and cloud-native data warehouses, ensuring best practices in data quality, storage, and security.
• Serve as the main point of communication between clients and internal teams, clarifying technical details and translating requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations to continuously enhance delivery excellence.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments.
