Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, taking complete ownership of planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead project estimation, proposal creation, resource planning, budgeting, and client presentations.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Delegate, track, and manage project tasks to ensure productivity, quality, and effective resource utilization.
• Prepare regular status reports, manage project risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) to monitor progress and report on KPIs.
