We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our on-site team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Clearly explain the company's products / services and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads regularly.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Update and maintain call logs and CRM records accurately.
- Meet daily / weekly / monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements :
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.Must be fluent in both Hindi and English.Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and energetic personality.Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.Perks & Benefits :
