Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager to drive new account acquisition and manage key relationships. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and onboarding clinics and modern trade accounts for our D2C range.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clinics, modern trade accounts.
Drive new account acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
Manage day-to-day account activities, resolving queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Report market insights, competitor activities, and feedback to management.
Requirements
5–6 years of sales experience in Pharma, Derma-cosmetics, or Retail healthcare.
Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Sales Executive, or Sales Manager is a plus.
Strong network in dermatology, cosmetology, modern trade or related healthcare segments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
Location : New Delhi (with travel as required)
