Role Overview
The
Advisor – Commercial Real Estate Sales
will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing potential clients looking for commercial workspaces. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, engaging with clients, and collaborating with Transaction Managers to successfully close deals.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional with strong business acumen, an understanding of the real estate landscape, and a passion for consultative selling.

Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and performance meetings to track progress.
Desired Skills & Attributes
5–7 years of overall sales experience, with at least 2 years in real estate or related industries (commercial real estate preferred).
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead qualification, and relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from market data and trends.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting dashboards.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
