Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive at AJ Starlite (CP Firm), located in Alkapur Township, Manikonda, Hyderabad.
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including
Identifying and connecting with potential clients.
Cold calling.
Converting cold call to site visits.
Showcasing properties with Site Visits ( Travelling to multiple projects across Hyderabad).
Regular follow-ups with Clients.
Managing negotiations
Closing sales.
After Sales support.
The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice and assistance.
Qualifications
Sales and Negotiation skills
Client Relationship Management and excellent Communication skills
Hyderabad Real Estate Market Analysis and Research skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
0 to 2 years of experience is preferred.
