Role Description
As a senior member of the sales team, you will be responsible for originating, managing, and closing high-value transactions, while also mentoring junior team members. This role combines client-facing sales, relationship management, and market strategy in one of India’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across commercial, farmhouses and mixed-use real estate.
- Build, manage, and expand a strong client network including investors, developers, and HNIs.
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end – from lead generation and presentations to negotiations and closures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their investment needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct site visits, property evaluations, and financial comparisons to support decision-making.
- Provide input on go-to-market strategy and positioning for key projects.
- Support leadership in driving revenue targets through market insights and execution strategies.
- Mentor Analysts and Sales Executives by providing guidance on client handling and deal structuring.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and legal to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes and performance reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields (MBA preferred).3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, investment sales, consulting, or business development.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong network in Bangalore’s real estate ecosystem is highly desirable.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail.What We Offer
