About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site sales professional for a fast-paced real estate brokerage / proptech-enabled sales operation across India. This role focuses on converting leads into property sales, managing end-to-end client engagement, and delivering measurable revenue growth in assigned territories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive property sales by prospecting, qualifying, and converting inbound leads, walk-ins, and cold outreach to signed agreements.
- Manage a sales pipeline in CRM—track leads, schedule site visits, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet monthly KPIs.
- Conduct regular on-site property tours, client consultations, and local market demos to showcase inventory and value propositions.
- Maintain and update property listings, documentation, and pricing; coordinate with operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant inventory, drive repeat business and referrals by delivering exceptional post-sale service.
- Report sales metrics, forecast monthly revenue, and participate in local marketing or community events to boost brand visibility.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
2+ years proven field sales experience in residential / commercial real estate or property brokerage with consistent target achievement.Strong negotiation and closing skills; comfortable handling pricing discussions, offers, and contracts.Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent) and basic MS Office for proposals and reporting.Preferred
Existing local market network, property owner / developer relationships, or a book of leads in the assigned city / region.Experience with on-site customer engagement, property valuations, and end-to-end transaction coordination.Familiarity with compliance / documentation for property sales and basic legal processes for closures.Benefits & Culture Highlights
