Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling residential property sales, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additional duties include maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and staying knowledgeable about the real estate market. The candidate will collaborate closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide tailored real estate solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Real Estate and Real Estate Sales
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is beneficial
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Relevant real estate certifications / licenses
