Job description

Job Title : Trainee - Customer Support (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Providing information, guidance, and assistance to customers in a courteous manner.
  • Logging and managing customer interactions accurately in our systems.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Any Graduate.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Customer-focused with a desire to assist and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work on a night shift schedule.
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Interview Mode : Walkin Interview

    Timing - 9.30 am to 6 pm

    Date - 11 / 10 / 2023 (Wednesday) to 14 / 10 / 2023.(Saturday)

    Interview Venue : PreludeSys,

    D-12, New. 3 / A3, 1st Cross Street, Siruseri,

    Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603103 (Near Siruseri IT Park Fire Station)

    Timing - 9.30 am to 6 pm

    Batch - 2023 Passed out eligible (Immediate joiners preferred).

    Batch - 2024 Also eligible to attend but must be ready to join if selected immediately and permission will be given for students to take university exams.

    Interested Students need to carry Resume / CV and must mention ICT Academy as their reference.
